We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Powersports Parts & Accessories Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by accurately identifying, selling, and ordering parts and accessories for Powersports vehicles. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and takes pride in serving customers with integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the Sales and Service departments.
Essential Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately identify customer parts and accessory needs for Powersports vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, etc.)
- Recommend appropriate parts, accessories, and related products based on customer needs and vehicle compatibility
- Process parts sales transactions and handle customer orders using dealership management systems
- Locate and order parts not currently in stock, track orders, and communicate status updates to customers
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory and participate in routine inventory counts
- Work closely with Service Technicians and Sales staff to ensure timely and accurate parts support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parts department in compliance with company and safety standards
- Assist with merchandising displays and promotional product placement as needed
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in parts sales, retail, customer service, or Powersports industry preferred
- Working knowledge of Powersports vehicles and related parts/accessories is strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or point-of-sale systems a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to providing quality service
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry parts and boxes (up to approximately 50 lbs.)
